SHIPPING & ORDERS

When will my little FAT Brownies ship?

In general, all orders placed before 6:00 PM EST on Saturday ship on Mondays and Wednesdays via UPS (1–3 business days).

If Monday or Wednesday falls on a holiday, your order will ship the following shipping day.

Shipping and tracking information is emailed once your order has left our facility.

Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Please keep a close eye on tracking and plan accordingly. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

There is a possibility your order may ship earlier than expected, so please use a shipping address where your brownies can be received at any time.

Why does my tracking say “label created”?

This means your shipping label has been generated and your order is being processed.
Tracking will update once the carrier scans the package during pickup.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the domestic United States only.

Due to the perishability of our products:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or the Virgin Islands

Can I pick up my little FAT Brownies?

No. We are an online bakery only and do not offer pickup.

Can I send little FAT Brownies to someone else?

Absolutely. We encourage spreading the love.

For bulk orders or gifting needs, please visit our Corporate Gifting section in the menu and we’ll take care of you.

Please double-check your shipping address

Our products are perishable and there are no refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

PRODUCT DETAILS

What comes in a brownie bag?

Each brownie bag includes 14 freshly baked brownie bites, a mix of edge and center pieces.

They’re fudgy, moist, and not overly sweet.
The brownie for people who don’t like brownies.

How long will my little FAT Brownies stay fresh?

By the time your brownies arrive, they are at peak freshness.

Our brownies contain no preservatives and are best enjoyed immediately.

If you are not consuming them right away, store in an airtight container between 40°F and 0°F. Storage outside of these parameters will alter the integrity of the product.

What is the best way to eat little FAT Brownies?

Enjoy at room temperature or slightly warmed to bring out that full chocolate experience.

We recommend pairing with:

  • A scoop of vanilla almond milk ice cream
  • A large appetite

Little FAT Brownies are best consumed immediately.

Do your brownies contain allergens?

Little FAT Brownies are baked with flour, dairy, and sugar.

They do not contain nuts, however nuts are present in the facility.
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

RETURNS & ISSUES

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll review it case by case.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Please contact UPS directly first using your tracking number to locate your package.

If UPS is unable to locate it, reach out to us with your tracking information and we’ll review next steps.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.

CUSTOM CAKES

Do you offer custom cakes?

Yes. We create custom cakes for special occasions that taste even better than they look.

Custom cakes are available by inquiry only and are subject to availability, design scope, and lead time.

Do you offer digital products or courses?

Yes. We offer digital cake decorating resources and educational products designed to help decorators level up their skills. All digital resources, courses, and educational products can be found under the Digital Resources link in the footer menu.

Once purchased, access details will be emailed to you and available inside your account.

How do I access my digital purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with access instructions.
You can also log into your account and navigate to My Courses to access your content.
